  • Delivery of the goods

    1. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

    2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

    3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or a representative (courier) authorized by the Seller.

    4. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.

    5. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

    6. The buyer must in all cases immediately inform the seller if the package is delivered in damaged or otherwise damaged packaging, if the package contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product set.

    7. In all cases, if the buyer notices packaging damage during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate document regarding these damages. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is exempted from liability against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.

    Shipments are delivered in Lithuania within 1-2 working days. In Europe, the delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days. US shipments reach the recipient within 7-21 business days.

    We ship internationally, but this may depend on the quantity of boxes ordered and the country to be delivered to. Additional delivery charge applies. You can provide the discount code and we will apply it when issuing the invoice for payment.     How much does delivery cost?

    Free delivery in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland from 39 euros. The delivery price in Lithuania depends on the selected sender: from 2.29 EUR. EU countries from 5.92 EUR, and the US delivery price from 24.19 EUR. The indicated prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    Is there a physical store?     

    We do not have a physical store, but some goods can be picked up at the office in Kaunas, Garažo gatvė 18. Prior appointment is required by calling +370 683 12494.
